Status of Formation of apartment building management committees of all 7-story or higher buildings in Taipei City:By July 2010, a total of 57,067 building usage licenses have been issued, including 11,214 licenses for 7-story or higher buildings. After eliminating non-apartment buildings from this group (e.g. schools, hotels, government agencies and property of single owners), 6,271 buildings are qualified for management committee formation. As of July 2010, a total of 5,448 apartment building management committees were reported, including 4,504 that are 7-story or higher apartment buildings, with a reporting rate of 71.82%.
