Reportedly, the Construction Management Office (CMO) declared that the demolition permit for Parcel Number 563 in the Hua-Guang Community to be torn down by the Ministry of Justice has been applied. The application for demolition is available to No. 2, 4, 6 and 10, Lane 51, Sec. 2, Hangzhou S. Rd. and No. 2-2, 4 and 4-1, Lane 53, Sec. 2, Hangzhou S. Rd., all of which are unoccupied state-owned houses. CMO further explained the demolition permit is unavailable to those buildings at No.2-3, Lane 53, Sec. 2, Hangzhou S. Rd. and No.31-23, Sec. 2, Hangzhou S. Rd. The Ministry of Justice stated the demolition should be subject to results of administrative proceedings.
