　　Vehicle Maintenance Engineering, Hybrid Electric Vehicle Maintenance, Nickel Metal Hydride(NiMH) Maintenance, Identification Skills for used vehicle of new energy, Automobile Sheet Metal, Automobile Paint, Motorcycle Maintenance, Bike Maintenance, etc. When the domestic automotive industry is increasingly developing to meet the needs of society as well as keep up with the industrial trends, enhancing professional training courses is essential for improving our participants’ skills and practical abilities. This in turn gives them talented and helps them become highly spoken in the field of business.

2) Property Management:

　　Course classes are Plumbing and Electrical Technology, Refrigeration and Air- Conditioning, Indoor Electrical Installations, Electrical Equipment Inspection, Water Supply Plumbing, etc. In addition to supply of service to the interior building, continuation and extension of the life of the building and the basic needs of its use, the value of the real estate as well as value of the land, can be increased through the operations management to increase income.
